1. Preamble

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter “GTC”) are concluded between:

• The company KHERÖS Sport inc., registered in the Quebec Enterprise Register, under NEQ: 1178289691 (hereinafter “the Seller”),

And,

• Any natural or legal person purchasing products or services from the company KHERÖS Sport (hereinafter “the Customer”).

2. Object

These General Terms and Conditions aim to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by the Seller to the Customer.

3. Products

The products offered for sale are those appearing on the site https://kherossport.com/ on the day the Customer consults the site. They are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.

4. Price

Product prices are indicated in Canadian dollars (CAD) excluding taxes (GST + QST). The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the Customer.

7. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated when ordering. Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on the availability of the products and the carrier. Pre-ordered products have a maximum shipping date, to which must be added the shipping time. The Seller may however deliver the product(s) before the date mentioned if stocks allow.

8. Withdrawal and Return

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec), the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal and return the product to the Seller for exchange or refund without penalty, except for return costs. Products such as shower gel must not have been opened or used to return them.

9. Guarantee

All products supplied by the Seller benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects in accordance with the Civil Code of Quebec.

10. Responsibility

The Seller, in the online sales process, is only bound by an obligation of means. Its liability cannot be incurred for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, viruses, service interruption, or other involuntary problems.

11. Intellectual Property
